Q: What are my options after I am issued a traffic ticket? A: The first thing to do is to identify the type of ticket you have received. If your ticket is green or white, then you have probably received an infraction (non-criminal offense that carries only a fine). If the ticket is gold, however, then you have likely been issued a criminal traffic violation with a notice indicating that you are being charged with a particular criminal offense that, in addition to carrying a fine, may also result in jail time. You cannot ignore a criminal charge by simply paying a fine. You will have to make an appearance in court. Therefore, you should consult an attorney immediately!

 My mom is the most generous person I know. If you complement something she’s wearing (provided it’s not her pants!), she’s been known to take it off and give it to you. Throughout my childhood I watched as household objects found their way into the hands of guests who admired them. But ask for one of the lemons from her tree…and watch out! The shirt off her back she will gladly give, but lemons are a different story.

Nick Cassidy (played by Sam Worthington) is an ex-cop who was accused for stealing a $40 million diamond. He has only one goal: prove himself innocent. He escaped from jail and eventually made his way to the ledge of the 21st floor of Roosevelt Hotel. While police negotiator Lydia Mercer (played by Elizabeth Banks) was on her way, the crowd was waiting for a show and Cassidy was about to end it all.
