Omega's Seattle boutique Service Center ManagerMichael Mooney, Omega's Seattle boutique Service Center ManagerHosted the first annual seasonal cocktail party, Omega opened a new service center at the Seattle boutique located in Fairmont Hotel on Dec. 8.

Being an extension of the Seattle boutique, the service center is Omega’s first service center in the Pacific Northwest.

“This is a unique environment where we service all of the watches we sell today, in the past, and in our entire history,” said service center manager Michael Mooney.

From a simple adjustment on the bracelet to a complete overhaul of the timepiece’s movement, the service center provides customers with every kind of service.

Ever since its grand opening in 2010, Omega’s Seattle boutique has been establishing its royal fan base since then.

Store manager Ampapan Chislett said the annual cocktail party was a chance to introduce the boutique and service center to the public.

Many guests visited the new service center were impressed with the experience.

Customer Patrick Kane said, “It’s great to see the business expand.

“I haven’t had the need to use the service center yet but I’m sure I will be a 100 percent satisfy with it.”
